Property is like whiskey

Property is like a fine single malt whiskey. It’s all about location.

Lets face it if your whiskey was made in Siberia, it probably wouldn’t be any good and not worth much money either. But if it were made in Scotland, then it would most likely be some good stuff. Similarly Property is all about where it is situated.

But not ALL Whiskeys from Scotland are great. We do still have a few those that are below the standard. Again property is the same. Not every property in the same area is valued the same. So once you found the right location you need to be careful which one you choose in that are.

As with all fine single malt whiskeys they get better with age. This is also true with properties. With a little maintenance your whiskey, I mean property, should increase in value over time.

There are few investments in this world that are better than property. So sit back and enjoy, as it is best savored slowly.
